spkt1 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to spkt1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and the spkt1 management ("Company", "we", "platform"). By registering an account, accessing or using any of the services provided on the spkt1 website, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the spkt1 platform and using the services we offer, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to comply with all provisions contained herein without exception.
• You understand that online gambling may be subject to specific legislation in your country or region of residence.
• You are solely responsible for complying with local laws applicable to online gambling activities.

2 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated:

• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the spkt1 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a player's account for betting or withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotion, additional credit or incentive offered by spkt1 to players.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• "Games" refers to online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and all other game categories available on the spkt1 platform.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a player's spkt1 account to their registered payment method.

3 Player Eligibility

The spkt1 platform is intended for adult players only. The eligibility conditions are as follows:

• Players must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Players must have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement.
• Players may not register on behalf of a third party or use another person's identity.
• Players who have previously undergone a self-exclusion programme from any gambling platform are not eligible to register.

4 Account Registration

Each player is only allowed to hold one active account at spkt1. During the registration process, players are required to:

• Provide their full name as it appears on their official identity document.
• Enter a valid and active mobile phone number in Malaysia.
• Set a strong password and keep login credentials confidential at all times.
• Update personal information promptly should any changes occur.

spkt1 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's own disclosure of their password or account information to a third party.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spkt1 platform are processed using the designated payment methods. Players must comply with the applicable transaction limits:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request has been submitted and approved.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

spkt1 offers various bonus programmes to eligible players. Use of bonuses is subject to the following conditions:

• A 100% welcome bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,000 is available for new players on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received.
• For example: if a player deposits RM100, a RM100 bonus will be credited, bringing the balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• For a deposit of RM2,200, a maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be credited, bringing the balance to RM3,200. The wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• The spkt1 VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from up to 0.4% (Bronze) to up to 1.5% (Platinum) depending on the player's membership level.

7 Game Rules

All games offered on the spkt1 platform are operated using certified random number generator technology to ensure fairness. The general rules of play are as follows:

• The result of each game round is final once completed and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, spkt1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are the applicable odds, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.
• Any winnings arising from a technical error or system vulnerability are invalid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the spkt1 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated assistants, or any third-party software to automatically click buttons or make in-game decisions.
• Communicating or cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system weaknesses discovered.
• Threatening or abusing any spkt1 support staff member.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to finance illegal activities.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, spkt1 will not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of betting activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

spkt1 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any player's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A request for account closure by the player themselves through customer support.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated period.

If an account is closed at the player's request, any remaining balance after all conditions have been met will be processed for withdrawal via the registered payment method.

11 Amendments to Terms

spkt1 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the spkt1 website.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the spkt1 platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws specified under the international licence under which spkt1 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration tribunal.

Players agree that any legal action or proceedings relating to the spkt1 platform will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in our licence, regardless of where the player resides.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.
